Required for Technical Training Programme

By a leading organisation’s rural entrepreneurship development initiative, for implementation of a long term large scale technical training programme for the cotton grower farmers, following personnel in the districts of Ahmedabad, Arravalli, Gandhinagar, Mehasana ,Morbi, Patan, Rajkot,Jamnagar, Rapar, Sabarkantha, Surendranagar , Vadodara, Chhota Udaipur.

Preference will be given to the candidates with relevant experience in sustainable cotton production / Agriculture programme implementation/ Development sector- rural programmes.

Positions

Legal Compliance Officer / Manager

Education: LLB/LLM preferred
Experience: 3-8 years in compliance, legal, or risk roles. Industry experience in manufacturing firms.

  1. Knowledge of Companies Act, labor laws, Data Protection Management Act, Foreign Exchange Management Agency, sectoral regulations. Strong drafting, audit, and analytical skills
  2. Certified Compliance Professional, CS, or certifications in DPDP helpful
  3. High integrity, attention to detail, discretion with confidential info, stakeholder management, strong judgment under pressure
  4. All legal related drafting to be done. To handle legal related cases
Senior Level Human Resource Development

Education: Master’s in HR, Organizational Development, MBA, or related field
Experience: 8-12+ years in HR with 5+ years specifically in L&D, talent management. Experience leading teams are required.

  1. HR analytics, experience with Workday/Success Factors.
  2. ​Key Competencies: Influence at executive level, systems thinking, business growth, change leadership, data-driven decision making
  3. ​KPI- setting goal & target and review.
  4. Periodical evaluation and reporting to the management.
Field Executives

Education: Graduate or Diploma in Agriculture or BRS or equivalent degree from a reputed University
Experience: 1-2 years of experience

Agronomist

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture or MRS from a reputed University
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Procurement Officer

Education: Graduate/Post-graduate/ BBA with a diploma in procurement and inventory management.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience

State Coordinator

Education: Graduate/ Post graduate in Agriculture or MRS from reputed University
Experience: 8-10 years relevant experience

Project Co-ordinator

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture or MRS from reputed University
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience

Both above posts of State and Project Coordinator requires special skills like team building, networking,interpersonal coordination, ability to lead and to plan,organise, prioritize work plans, execution and reporting in timely manner.

Finance Coordinator

Education: M.Com / Inter CA/ CA
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of statutory compliance procedures essential.

Accountants

Education: B. Com / M. Com from reputed University
Experience: 1 to 2 years experience, Knowledge of  accounting softwares like Tally, busy is a must.

For all above positions working knowledge  of computer  with MS office , excel and other basics is essential.
Good communication skills with proficiency in local language Gujarati and English is essential.
