RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY OF RUDI MULTI TRADING COMPANY
Replacement is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange or replacement is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer to the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below.
This item is eligible for return within 3 days of delivery. You can exchange this item for a different, qty or size.
This item is non-returnable due to the hygiene and consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of a different item being delivered to you, we will provide a free replacement as applicable.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful replacement. This policy enables easy product return requests for customers through the RUDI Gharak application, subject to pick-up product validations at the time of pick-up and fraud prevention mechanisms.
This policy shall be applicable only if the product was bought when this policy was applicable to the product. If not, the policy is provided here. shall apply on the order. It clarified that a customer may only be able to seek a one-time replacement under this Policy, subject to the other terms provided herein.

DURING PICK-UP, YOUR PRODUCT WILL CHECK FOR THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Correct Product – name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetected and clearly visible.
Unused Product – The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable)
Undamaged Product: – should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
Undamaged Packaging – The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
You Agree and Confirm
- That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by RUDI Multi Trading company Ltd. For redelivery shall be claimed from you.
- That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants, and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
- You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. RUDI MULTI TRADING COMPANY LIMITED reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
- You authorize RUDI Grahak to contact you for any transactional purposes related to your order/account.
- That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.
- That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
- That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
